At Hood to History, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help.

1.1. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Tags still attached.
• In their original packaging.
  1.3. The following items are non-returnable:
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
• Undergarments, swimwear, or face masks for hygiene reasons.
• Customized or personalized items.

2.1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us at orders@hoodtohistory.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2.2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
2.3. Shipping Back: Pack the items securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4.1. Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or a different item of the same value.
4.2. Availability of exchange items depends on current stock. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

5.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
